Responsibilities
The mission of the HR Business Partner (HRBP) is to execute the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall HR, campuses and Physician Practices. Play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships between HR and stakeholder groups, driving employee engagement, and ensuring HR initiatives contribute to the achievement of strategic organizational goals.
Minimum of three to five years in roles of increasing responsibility in HR roles
Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication, Public Relations, or a related discipline
Experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised
PREFERRED
- Master’s degree in HR, Business Relations, Organizational Development or related discipline
- Strategic HR Business Partner (SHRBP) certification
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification
Work Hours (EX:7AM-7PM)
