Job Description Summary

Ready to impact how the scientific community understands emerging data from oncology clinical trials? As Senior Director, Portfolio Scientific Communications, you will set the global direction for how scientific data reaches the scientific community. Working across an Oncology disease portfolio, you will lead a team of scientific communication colleagues and partner with Research, Clinical Development, and Medical Affairs. Your work will support clinical adoption and help improve patient care.

Office Location: London (The Westworks), United Kingdom

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of scientific communications associates across the disease portfolio.
• Lead the scientific communication strategy across the Oncology disease portfolio, to ensure alignment of strategy across disease areas and assets
• Build the scientific communication platform, including scientific statements, lexicon and narrative, with Oncology therapeutic area partners for consistent scientific narratives across medical content.
• Define the publication strategy, data flow and plan, linked to evidence generation, so data is shared at the right time.
• Co-create early asset and pipeline scientific communication strategies with Research, Development and evidence generation teams.
• Build trusted relationships with internal cross-functional teams and external partners.
