Requirements

Do you have

• -Proven experience successfully delivering complex projects?
• -A collaborative approach, bringing together different skills, knowledge and perspectives to get the best outcome?
• -The ability to recognise and draw on the expertise of others, rather than needing to have all the answers yourself?
• -Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to bring people together around a common goal?
• -Strong project management fundamentals, with the judgement to apply them pragmatically rather than rigidly?
• -A track record of taking ownership, solving problems and getting things delivered?

Summary

You’ll take ownership of projects and work with people from across the business, technology teams, and our partners to turn ideas into real outcomes. You won’t be expected to have all the answers. A big part of the role is bringing the right people together, drawing on their knowledge, experience and ideas, and creating the environment for the whole team to deliver at its best.

Things will change along the way, particularly as technology continues to evolve, so you’ll need to adapt, solve problems and make decisions to keep delivery moving. We’re looking for people who lead rather than simply administer projects, using good judgement to balance pace, risk and governance, while keeping people aligned and focused on what we’re trying to achieve.
