Logistics Specialist

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION

• Assist with Freight Spent analysis;
• Control and supervise Special Air Shipments requests;
• Assist with carrier onboarding, maintain and update supplier scorecards;
• Analyze price structures across our transportation network;
• Analyze current setups and provide improvement opportunities;
• Main internal contact, relation coordination, maintenance and improvement of implemented Freight Audit Payment platform;
• Perform certain admin tasks related to organized transports;
• Create and maintain routes inside ERP;
• Participate in daily / weekly and monthly team meetings;
• Participate in various job related project

YOU HAVE

• University Graduate or equivalent experience;
• Advanced English level, other languages are a plus;
• Clear communication skills (written and verbal) with collaborators at different levels;
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI/reporting tools;
• Knowledge of ERP system, preferably M3 Infor/SAP and Business Intelligence Platforms;
• Willingness to adopt and use AI tools;
• Strong analytical thinking;
• Ability to plan and self-organize;
• Previous experience in a similar position / environment

Pay Transparency

nVent’s pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee’s work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance.

Annual Gross Compensation Range

lei92.500,00 - lei172.000,00

Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as short or long-term incentives.
