Position Overview The Assistant Accounting Manager leads the day-to-day accounting operations and supervises a team of four, including AR, AP, and fleet coordination staff. This role ensures that core financial processes, including purchasing, accounts payable, customer invoicing, collections, cash management, bank reconciliations, and payroll, are completed accurately and on schedule.

Partnering closely with the VP of Finance, the Assistant Accounting Manager owns the month-end close process, including balance sheet reconciliations, P&L variance review, and final reporting to the Executive team. The role also supports the annual audit, maintains fixed asset and amortization schedules, oversees fleet compliance, and provides ad-hoc reporting to support business decisions.
