Project Manager - Mechanical Integrity Services

Position Summary and Location

The Project Manager is responsible for planning and delivering IMDS projects safely, on schedule, and within budget. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages resources, and maintains clear communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met across the full project lifecycle.

This is a U.S.-based office position with a hybrid work schedule. Domestic and international travel may be required.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and control multiple projects to meet scope, cost, schedule, quality, and HSSE requirements
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and work breakdown structures
• Coordinate bids, proposals, and execution with Operations, Commercial, and Service Excellence teams
• Serve as primary customer interface, including technical discussions and presentations
• Monitor project risks, issues, and performance and implement corrective actions
• Oversee procurement activities, invoicing, and accounts receivable support
• Prepare and present project financial and performance reports
• Ensure compliance with HSSE and Quality Management Systems
• Support training, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Perform additional duties in support of organizational objectives

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Reporting Relationship

Sr. Operations Manager, Integrity Management & Digital Solutions (Americas)

REQUIRED

• 5+ years project management experience
• 5+ years API 510/570 experience and knowledge of API & ASME codes
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn enterprise systems
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences
• Valid passport and ability to travel internationally

Preferred

5+ years experience in inspection or integrity management or equivalent capability

Familiarity with Offshore operational activities

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

• Experience running calculations on ASME piping, tanks, and vessels
• Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics
• Planning and Organizing/ Human Resource Management/ Developing Others/ Decision Making/ Results Orientation:
• Ability to make objective decisions timely and effectively
• Skill to recognize when decisions or information should be referred to a higher authority
• Monitor customer needs and preferences to determine focus of sales efforts
• Skill to effectively manage time and organize information to meet sales goals needs and desired outcomes
• Provides/ develops appropriate documentation to track sales performance
• Ability to design and/or conduct training for an appropriate audience

Working Conditions

• This position is considered OFFICE which is characterized as follows.
• Almost exclusively indoors during the day and occasionally at night.
• Occasional exposure to airborne dust in the work place.
• Work surface is stable (flat).
• Minimal travel and time away from home (up to 10%)
• Ability to drive or fly for long periods of time
