M&A Manager (Group)

Position purpose

SYNLAB has a strong track record of value-accretive M&A with more than 100 acquisitions in the last 5 years. M&A is at the core of Synlab strategy and you will, together with the M&A department, ensure this growth continuity within the SYNLAB’s M&A strategy and overall Group strategy framework. You will be responsible for leading and delivering small, or components of large, complex deals. This work includes analyzing industry prospects, exploring competitors, reviewing financial statements as well as supporting the due diligence process and the contract negotiations. The objective is to support the local and top management to make the right acquisition decisions.
