Support the Company Secretary in delivering an effective and high-quality company secretariat and corporate governance function, with responsibility for administrative elements of the Board and Committee program and the Group’s corporate governance framework.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate Board and Committee meetings and requirements, including logistics and timely distribution of papers.
• Coordinate and maintain corporate governance records and registers.
• Support timely ASIC lodgements and subsidiary governance.
• Coordinate AGM activities, director requirements and governance processes.
• Provide day-to-day Company Secretary team support, and other support as required.

What you’ll bring

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a company secretariat or governance administration role, preferably in an ASX listed environment.
• Experience with online Board portals – Diligent is preferred.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset.
• Proven track record in being able to manage priorities and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with highly regulated businesses (desirable).
