UI Engineer + AI

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled UI Engineer with AI expertise to build intelligent, user-centric web applications powered by AI/GenAI capabilities. The ideal candidate will combine strong front-end engineering skills with experience integrating AI/ML and Generative AI solutions into modern digital products. This role involves collaborating with Product Managers, UX Designers, Data Scientists, and Backend Engineers to create next-generation AI-driven user experiences.

UI Engineering

• Design and develop responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications.
• Build reusable UI components and front-end frameworks.
• Collaborate with UX Designers to translate designs into pixel-perfect interfaces.
• Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Implement state management and component-driven architectures.

AI & GenAI Integration

• Integrate LLMs and Generative AI solutions into web applications.
• Develop AI-powered features such as chatbots, copilots, recommendation engines, and intelligent search.
• Build and consume AI/ML APIs and services.
• Work with prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Collaborate with Data Science teams to deploy and monitor AI-powered experiences.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Participate in architecture discussions and technology selection.
• Collaborate with backend teams to design and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and delivery activities.

• Experience building AI Assistants, Chatbots, or Copilot solutions.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning concepts and NLP.
• Familiarity with AI observability and model monitoring.
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure Cognitive Services, or AWS Bedrock.
• Understanding of MLOps concepts and deployment pipelines.
• Exposure to multimodal AI applications (text, image, voice).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI/ML, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in UI/Front-End development.
• 2+ years of experience working with AI/GenAI technologies.
• Strong problem-solving and software engineering skills.
