Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop operational and executive dashboards in Dynatrace.
- Create custom visualizations, metrics, and reports using Dynatrace Data Explorer and DQL.
- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and business teams to define monitoring and reporting requirements.
- Develop dashboards for performance monitoring, SLA/SLO tracking, and service health visibility.
- Optimize dashboard usability and ensure data accuracy and relevance.
- Hands-on experience with Dynatrace APM/Observability.
- Strong knowledge of Dynatrace Dashboards, Data Explorer, and DQL.
- Good understanding of application, infrastructure, and cloud monitoring.
- Ability to translate technical and business requirements into meaningful visual insights.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Dynatrace certification.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
- Exposure/understanding of DevOps and ITSM ecosystems (BMC Helix will be a plus)
