Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop automation frameworks using Playwright, Selenium, Java, and TestNG.
- Automate ServiceNow workflows, forms, integrations, and end-to-end business processes.
- Create and execute BDD test scenarios using Cucumber.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance automated regression, functional, and integration test suites.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality validation.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business teams to ensure high-quality software releases.
- Analyze defects, troubleshoot test failures, and provide quality improvement recommendations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-7 years of hands-on experience in test automation and quality engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Playwright, Selenium WebDriver, Core Java, and TestNG.
- Experience with ServiceNow platform testing and automation.
- Good understanding of BDD practices, Agile delivery models, and DevOps culture.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
