- End-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud BAU support, enhancements and technical activities, including configuration, troubleshooting, testing and ongoing optimization.
- Core HR, Talent Management, Absence, Compensation, Recruiting, Fast Formulas, HDL/HSDL, OTBI, BI Publisher, Security, Functional Configuration, UAT Support, Issue Resolution, Change Management.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or equivalent. 3.1–6 years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience. Oracle Cloud HCM certifications preferred.
