The IAM Engineer – Identity Governance & Privileged Access is an engineering role with a primary focus on Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) using SailPoint IdentityNow (ISC), and a secondary working knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) through CyberArk. The role is designed for engineers who bring strong IGA delivery skills and automation capability and are willing to increase their PAM depth on the job within Chubb's CyberArk environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identity Governance & Administration (IGA — Primary)

  • Support joiner/mover/leaver lifecycle automation, access certification campaigns, and role-based access controls
  • Assist with application onboarding from legacy OIM to the MyAccess platform under the IGA migration programme
  • Contribute to ServiceNow integration work for access request and fulfilment workflows
  • Perform troubleshooting, incident resolution, and platform support activities on SailPoint ISC

Privileged Access Management (PAM — Secondary)

  • Apply working knowledge of CyberArk concepts to support account onboarding, safe management, and basic operational tasks

  • Grow PAM engineering depth through on-the-job exposure to Chubb's CyberArk platform — structured mentoring and upskilling provided

Automation & Integration

  • Build and maintain automation scripts and API-driven integrations across IAM platforms using Python, PowerShell, or REST APIs
  • Contribute to operational tooling for provisioning, reconciliation, reporting, and audit evidence collection
  • Participate in platform support, incident management, and SOX ITGC access governance activities

Qualifications

  • 3-6 years of hands-on IAM engineering experience and 6-12 years of overall experience into similar fields.
  • Solid working knowledge of SailPoint IdentityNow (ISC) — connectors, access profiles, lifecycle states, provisioning rules
  • Strong API and automation skills — REST API integration, Python or PowerShell scripting
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, identity lifecycle (JML), and RBAC principles
  • Some exposure to CyberArk or PAM concepts — account vaulting, safe structure, or credential management (depth will be built on the job)
