About the role
- Coordinate and monitor promotion strategies execution, for ethical products, to ensure sales target achievement, whilst monitoring market need, condition and competitor
- Coordinate and monitor product supply to ensure direct fulfilment product demand
- Develop promotional materials and marketing programs in accordance with cycle product promotion.
- Identify new marketing opportunities through routine joint visits with field force. Provide technical/academic information to assist field force on product promotion and handling competition.
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy/Marketing/Business or related fields
- Strong communication skills. Demonstrates effectiveness in communicating to both upper management and cascading directions down to field force.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Product Manager
- Language Skill: Fluent in English both oral and written
