We are looking for a Field Marketing Manager to drive demand generation and contribute to pipeline growth. You will also lead the execution of field marketing programs for enterprise technology solutions. This is a strategic and hands-on role, requiring good program management, cross-functional collaboration and execution skills.

Develop Global Strategy

You will be responsible for planning and executing end-to-end marketing programs, collaborating closely with local sales teams and regional marketing stakeholders. You will also deliver measurable pipeline across key solution areas such as cybersecurity, cloud computing, and digital transformation.

As the Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:

Collaborating with the Senior Field Marketing Manager to plan and execute field marketing programs and go-to-market initiatives to drive pipeline growth.

Owning the end-to-end execution of assigned demand generation programs across digital, events, ABM, and integrated campaigns

Driving and measure marketing contribution to pipeline, focusing on MQL generation, lead conversion, and campaign ROI

Analyzing funnel performance and campaign effectiveness to continuously optimize results

Collaborating with Sales, SDR, Partner, Product Marketing and Digital teams to ensure aligned execution and maximize pipeline impact

Reviewing and ensuring the quality and accuracy of localized marketing content to align with Korean market needs and brand guidelines

Managing assigned marketing budgets, track spending and performance reporting to key stakeholders

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will

• Possess Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field and 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing in enterprise technology
• Display good background in demand generation, field marketing, and integrated campaign execution
• Demonstrate ability to drive pipeline contribution and measurable marketing ROI
• Able to partner with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities
• Possess hands-on experience in ABM, integrated marketing campaigns, and event management
• Demonstrate good project management, analytical, communication, and execution skills.
