Enterprise Excellence is a centralized function in AGI. The function is responsible to drive the transformation of operating models and change management across AGI Business Units and Corporate functions, with a view to achieve the Group's strategic goals. The function partners with AGI Business Units and Corporate functions to help the CEOs, and Heads achieve their objectives by delivering initiatives focused on improving business performance. This role assists both manager and senior managers deliver target operating model, customer experience programs, innovation programs and transformation projects across AGI to drive business value.
