Ali & Sons Marine Engineering Factory (ASMEF), a subsidiary of Ali & Sons Holding LLC, is a leading provider of engineering, fabrication, and ship repair services for the oil & gas and marine sectors. We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and forecasts to assess company and business unit performance.
• Monitor key financial metrics and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes across departments.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide clear explanations for deviations.
• Assist in cost control initiatives and drive efficiency improvements.
• Develop financial models to support business planning and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide financial insights and decision support.
• Perform investment analysis and cost-benefit evaluations.
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial data and reporting.
• Support management with performance insights and actionable recommendations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Professional Certification: CA / CFA / ACCA / CPA preferred.
• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and principles.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
