The Job Title

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing modern, user-friendly interfaces that reflect ART’s visual identity and meet customer expectations.
• Actively participate in user testing activities, including planning, observation, and feedback analysis, to gain insights into user behaviors, preferences, and pain points that inform design improvements.
• Contribute to the development of user flows, interaction models, and customer journey maps that guide seamless digital experiences.
• Help define and document usability testing requirements and support the execution and analysis of tests.
• Collaborate closely with digital product owners, developers, and internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical design solutions.
• Work closely with front-end developers to test and validate the implementation of responsive, accessible, and cross-platform interfaces.
• Assist in identifying and resolving usability issues throughout the design and development lifecycle through iterative testing and refinement.
• Prepare and present design concepts, and rationale to BA and LOBs owners to support shared understanding and alignment.
• Contribute to maintaining and enhancing UI component libraries and design systems as per business needs.
• Apply basic principles of accessibility, responsiveness, and mobile-first design to ensure usability and inclusiveness.
• Stay updated on current UX/UI trends, tools, and competitor offerings to bring fresh ideas and innovation to ART’s digital products.
• Maintain organized design documentation, assets, and version control to support collaboration and workflow continuity across the team.
• Provide constructive feedback and design suggestions within the team, supporting a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

Job requirements

Academic Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree.

0-2 Years in relevant field

Language Proficiency
