AD - Business Development Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Strategic

• Highly skilled in creating impactful PowerPoint presentations to large groups with an ability to tailor content with key insights to stakeholders at all levels.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and effective communication throughout projects.
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities in sustainability consulting, green building certifications, carbon accounting, Waste Mgt., and ESG advisory services.
• Represent the organization at sustainability-related events, forums, and conferences to enhance the company's market presence.

Operational

• Lead the end-to-end process of identifying leads, developing proposals, and securing contracts for sustainability projects and utilize the CRM.
• Draft and submit sustainability proposals and tenders, ensuring alignment with client needs and compliance with sustainability objectives and commercial proposals for all company's services.
• Develop and deliver presentations to showcase sustainability services and the company edge.
• Maintain database of clients with all their details and follow-up with clients for submitted proposals.
• Manage business leads and track the information for all the generated leads and follow-up with the clients to understand their requirements.
• Manage digital marketing initiatives, including website content, search engine optimization (SEO), and social media platforms of the company. Ensure that the firm’s online presence highlights its sustainability services and expertise.
• Craft press releases, client communications, and public statements that align with the company's sustainability goals.
• Support brand positioning initiatives, ensuring that the firm is recognized for its sustainability consulting services.
