Job Description – Delivery Executive

Purpose of the Job

• Handling service delivery of a portfolio of projects responsible for on-time delivery, quality & meeting customer commitments
• A leadership role with extensive software delivery experience and proven ability to manage cross functional teams

Job Accountabilities

• Owns P&L of the portfolio
• Establish program controls in the portfolio and proactively monitor, intervene for positive outcomes
• Manage project budgets and ensuring projects are delivered within budget constraints.
• Proactively identify, resolve or escalate issues that may impede the team’s ability to deliver solutions(s) against committed timelines and revenues.
• Lead Customer leadership meetings on behalf of IBS, Build & maintain customer relationships
• Ensure all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and specifications.
• Manage stakeholders who are involved in the projects and programs

Candidate Profile

• 15+ years of overall experience with a proven track record and experience in Software development
• A deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) with an extensive experience leading team in Agile culture & Clean Code
• Results-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
• Work experience in Travel Industry will be an advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Exceptional in leadership and empathy skills.
• Ability to drive change and initiatives and succeed under uncertainty
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
