Icertis Solutions Private Limited is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Applications department to lead Hypercare operations. You will be the frontline technical expert, diagnosing and fixing production issues in .NET‑based platforms while leveraging AI/ML models, Python scripts, and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques to deliver rapid, reliable solutions for our high‑stakes customers.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve real‑time customer incidents.
Develop and deploy hot‑fixes, patches, and enhancements under tight timelines.
Integrate AI/ML components and RAG solutions into existing services.
Write and maintain Python scripts for automation and data processing.
Collaborate with customers, support teams, and product owners to gather requirements.

5–8 years of professional experience developing .NET applications.

Practical experience with AI/ML stacks, Python, and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG).
Strong debugging and problem‑solving skills in high‑pressure environments.
Proven ability to resolve production issues quickly and effectively.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and cross‑functional teams.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and CI/CD pipelines.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
