OCU have an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Recruiter to come and join us in Glasgow. We are looking for a Senior Consultant to assist in finding the talent who will help power our growth, deliver on our ambitions and shape the future of our business for RJ McLeod and OCU. We are looking for an experienced and established Senior Recruiter who knows how to find exceptional talent across Utilities and Engineering, influence senior stakeholders and deliver outstanding recruitment outcomes, even when the market is challenging.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of complex, specialist and business critical recruitment, working across OCU’s diverse business areas, including construction, utilities, energy and infrastructure. You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, using market insight, creative sourcing and a proactive approach to connect the right people with the right opportunities.
