Commercial Litigation Associate | 3+ Years

- seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with 3+ years of experience to join
- our growing litigation practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an
- attorney looking to handle sophisticated matters while working alongside
- experienced attorneys in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.
What We’re Looking For
- The ideal candidate
- will have a strong commercial litigation background, with experience in one or
- more of the following areas:
- Lender-side foreclosures
- Bankruptcy and creditors’
- rights
- Loan workouts and
- restructurings
- Real estate litigation
- General commercial and business
- disputes
- Candidates should have
- experience handling substantive aspects of litigation, including legal research
- and analysis, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, communicating
- with clients and opposing counsel, and assisting with matters through resolution.
- 3+ years of commercial
- litigation experience
- J.D. from an accredited law
- school
- Active and in good standing
- with at least one U.S. state bar
- Strong research, writing, and
- analytical skills
- Ability to manage matters
- independently while collaborating effectively with a team
- Excellent communication,
- organizational, and client-service skills
- New York and/or New Jersey
- admission and experience
