The ideal Growth Engineer should drive sales traction across Olympian EVs, drive go-to-market efforts, manage customers and partner relationships and take new initiatives.
**Requirements:**
- Able to work in a demanding, high-stakes, high-visibility, fast-pace startup environment.
- Able to work fast. Sense of urgency.
- Able to adopt and use AI tools proficiently
- Action-oriented.
- Self-starter and entrepreneurial.
- Engineering background is a plus.
- Content / social skills are a plus
