Join a team that is helping shape the future of AV planning for one of Hearts United most established and growing client partnerships. Working across Hargreaves Lansdown, you'll play a key role in delivering innovative, high-impact campaigns across TV, streaming, digital video, audio and cinema, helping clients connect with audiences in more meaningful and effective ways during an exciting period of growth.

As AV Account Director, you'll lead the delivery of best-in-class AV planning and buying across your client portfolio, acting as a trusted partner to clients, media owners and internal agency teams. You'll drive AV strategy and campaign execution across TV, Digital Video, Audio, Cinema and Sponsorship, ensuring activity delivers against client objectives while identifying new opportunities within an evolving media landscape.

You'll work closely with Client Experience, Strategy, Investment, Analytics and Finance teams to develop integrated media solutions, oversee campaign delivery and buying negotiations, and provide strategic guidance through market updates, performance analysis and recommendations. You'll also play an important role in mentoring and developing junior team members, helping build a collaborative, high-performing team culture.

We're looking for someone with strong AV planning and buying experience, excellent client relationship skills and a deep understanding of the UK AV marketplace. You'll be a collaborative communicator who can manage multiple priorities, build trusted partnerships and confidently navigate a rapidly changing media environment. Experience across TV, digital video and broader AV channels, alongside an interest in audience planning, measurement, advertising technology and AI-enabled ways of working, will help you succeed in this role.
