- Business Rationale for Assistant Analyst, Activation Operations support:
- Inability to offshore certain accounts to GCC
- USPS, JAMRS & Navy Federal Credit Union identified as government accounts. These will need to be fully uploaded and revised by our onshore team, with potential for this list to grow.
- Tight SLAs - Certain accounts (like the Entertainment category) will have extremely tight turnaround times. For an “emergency” workflow faster than GCC SLAs will need to be processed onshore.
Prisma Maintenance
Dual Cost functionality not automatically selected so each line item needs maintenance prior to checking GCC work
Comparing IO received in Sellers and modifying monthly allocations for accuracy. Due to the two CPMs both calculating the billable & payable costs off of one impression number, an exact match on the payable can cause a rounding error on the billable, taking time for onshore teams to analyze and update.
Updating any discrepancies against GCC upload
Vendor issues/correspondence
Since Orion is issuing the IOs, we are the contacts for any issues with terms, data, or campaign details. If anything was sent incorrectly, we now have to carve out extra time to provide feedback to the agency
Orion communication
Orion to reach out to agency for plans and need alignment from Client Strategy and Investment prior to any IOs being issued
Maintenance of an Orion tracker for all buys to associate the Orion IO to the AOR IO and identify participating billings
Identifying billings in Prisma and making adjustments on the DT as buys are going through reconciliation
$50,000-$50,000
