Strategy
At BBDO Atlanta, we don't just work on campaigns. We Do Big Things. We're a creative community of thinkers who understand what actually moves everyday people across real America and what connects them, not what divides them.
We're looking for a Junior Strategist ready to bring that same clarity and insight to one of the most meaningful industries: agriculture. This is your entry point to strategic thinking that matters.
Why This Role?
You'll work on some of the most iconic brands in agriculture that literally help feed America. This isn't about simply selling products. This is about understanding growers at their core: their challenges, seasonal rhythms, and decisions that affect their livelihoods and land. And audience-led thinking means you will help find ways to be even more valuable to them.
What You'll Actually Do
- Become a category expert
- Deep dive into agronomic insights and crop science, learning how growers really think and decide
- Understand competitive dynamics in products and communication
- Translate complex agricultural challenges into audience solutions
- Deliver season-long value
- Develop content strategy that delivers real value to growers across the entire growing season, not just at purchase
- Think beyond campaigns to how we become ever more valuable in growers’ experience of our brands and solutions
- Build thinking that spans education and problem-solving
Learn What Actually Works
- Analyze performance marketing data to unlock patterns and proof points
- Extract learnings that push the strategy and creative work further and smarter
- Connect the dots between what performs and why it matters
Who You Are
- Intellectually curious and able to synthesize complexity
- Methodical and analytical with unfamiliar research and data
- Passionate about audience behavior and decision-making
- Comfortable with ambiguity and learning fast
- Truly a team player on an account where no one person can possibly know everything
- Want to contribute to strategy and creative that changes behavior
- Nice to have
- Any experience in agriculture or other B2B categories, performance marketing.
What You'll Gain
A mentored entry into strategic thinking.
Build a portfolio of work that shows you understand how to connect brands to real people. Learn that the best thinking is grounded in starting with the business problem and a deep understanding of the audience.
Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000
