CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will help shape and lead programmatic planning and activation across a portfolio of clients.

Working within our award-winning Connected Performance team, you will deliver best-in-class cross-channel programmatic campaigns across OLV, CTV, Audio and Display. You will own end-to-end campaign delivery, from planning and activation through to reporting, optimisation and performance analysis.

You will also play a key role in managing and developing both direct reports and offshore teams, while contributing to the continued growth and evolution of programmatic as a specialism within the wider department.

Alongside campaign delivery and team leadership, you will be expected to build strong commercial awareness, identifying opportunities across OMD’s wider services portfolio and exploring how these can be integrated into your client work to drive additional value.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, collaboration and turning insights into meaningful business results for both the client and the agency.

ABOUT THE TEAM

The OMD UK Connected Performance team is a multidisciplinary unit of over 160 specialists focused on driving business growth through digital, planning, and performance marketing. As part of OMD's core capabilities, this team integrates biddable channels (i.e social, search, programmatic), organic performance, and strategic planning to deliver actionable insights and high-performance campaigns for clients.

In this role, you will be reporting into the Programmatic Cross-Channel Business Director as well as working closely with the Performance Integration Director.

ABOUT YOU

The candidate should have strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, expertise across programmatic platforms (DV360, TTD, Amazon, etc) and real enthusiasm for connecting different channels programmatically and maximising effectiveness and efficiency.

You should be great at developing relationships, and prepared to become the key point of contact for both clients, internal teams and external partners on all things programmatic.

You will be very organised, with very strong attention to detail. A self-starter who can manage a small team, whilst remaining calm under pressure and taking pride across all areas of your role.

To the extent permissible by local law, Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
