Overview

FleishmanHillard has an immediate opening for a Senior Vice President to join our TRUE Global Intelligence Team in one of our U.S. locations in a hybrid role. TRUE Global Intelligence is the intelligence consultancy within FleishmanHillard, and the practice integrates primary and secondary research methods with communications measurement and analytics to inform and evaluate communications strategies.

The Senior Vice President must have demonstrable healthcare expertise, even if they have worked across other industries. Must have a deep understanding of key trends in the healthcare landscape, therapeutic areas, business models, and regulatory environment. They must have a healthcare client perspective – understand what healthcare clients care about and how to position research and analytics as strategic to their business; speak the healthcare language and understand client pressures.

The core focus of this role is to support growth of TGI’s footprint among the firm’s healthcare and life sciences (H&LS) clients. They're skilled at diagnosis: understanding what the client needs and how TGI can help solve it. They see expansion opportunities within existing relationships – different business units, therapeutic areas, service lines, geographic expansion, etc. They build deep, trust-based relationships with teams and clients. They see the big picture, how particular projects fit into overall client strategy, how research fits into the firm’s offering, how partnership creates organizational success.

In this role we are looking for a candidate who is passionate about leading teams to produce impactful insights, leverage cutting edge methodologies and thrives in interactions with partner agency teams and clients. The role will be an ideal fit for someone who thrives in building integrated teams, connecting insights to strategy, and thinking creatively about the role data and intelligence plays in communications.

FleishmanHillard values the importance of impact and inclusion to strengthen the bonds between us, grow our people and create spaces for everyone to thrive. We stay true to our commitment to our people and the communities in which we live and work. As part of our ongoing effort to be the world’s most inclusive agency, we are committed to seeking candidates who possess and demonstrate a profound interest in furthering our impact and inclusion goals.
