We are looking for a Senior Director, Integrated Investment who possesses extensive and in-depth expertise in their respective job discipline, complemented by broad knowledge across other related fields and recognized as an expert within own agency. The candidate is able to:

tackle unique and complex problems with solutions that have significant and far-reaching impacts on the business/network/agency

contribute to the development of functional strategies, leveraging deep understanding and innovative thinking to shape the strategic direction of the organization

drives measurable business outcomes by amplifying online presence and optimizing performance across digital channels, including Search (paid and organic), Social, Programmatic, Addressable media, and E‑commerce platforms

develops and executes data‑driven strategies to improve visibility, engagement, conversion, and return on investment through targeted, personalized, and automated media delivery

leverages performance data, audience signals, and real‑time insights to optimize media activations, including programmatic buying, bidding strategies, targeting, and budget allocation

navigates dynamic digital ecosystems to refine search and activation strategies, ensure efficient use of media spend, and continuously improve outcomes across the full performance funnel

$120,000 - $230,000
