Join a team redefining how a modern, connected agency operates across Europe. As Head of Operations you'll play a critical role in shaping the effectiveness, scalability and future readiness of the EMEA Hub, ensuring people, processes, technology and ways of working are aligned to deliver outstanding client outcomes.
In this role, you'll own the day-to-day operating model of the Hub, establishing clear governance, decision-making frameworks, operating rhythms and escalation pathways that enable teams to work seamlessly across markets and disciplines. You'll lead workforce, resource and capacity planning, maintaining a holistic view of workload, skills, utilisation and future talent requirements to ensure the business is equipped to meet both current and future demands.
You'll be responsible for driving the operational transformation agenda, leading improvements across workflow, processes, technology, automation and delivery models. Working closely with Client Success, Finance and People teams, you'll help shape effective client operating models, oversee resource governance and ensure delivery excellence across a complex and evolving environment.
Success in this role will require strong collaboration across Client Success, Strategy, Media Creativity, Solutions, Commercial, Activation, Finance and People teams. You'll create scalable ways of working that connect specialist capabilities around shared client objectives while improving efficiency, consistency and performance.
Partnering with senior leadership, including the Chief Solutions Officer, you'll help translate emerging technologies, AI capabilities and automation solutions into practical workflows, governance frameworks and measurable adoption across the organisation.
We're looking for a strategic and commercially minded operations leader with experience driving transformation, optimising delivery models and leading cross-functional teams.
You'll thrive in complex environments, enjoy solving operational challenges at scale, and be passionate about building better ways of working that enable both people and clients to succeed.
