About Omnicom Health Market Access

Omnicom Health Market Access (OHMA) is a specialized market access network dedicated to helping life sciences brands navigate the complexities of healthcare access. We bring together strategic, creative, and scientific expertise to develop communications that help patients get the treatments they need.

Our teams partner across disciplines to translate complex clinical, economic, and reimbursement information into compelling, meaningful communications for payers, healthcare professionals, patients, and other healthcare decision-makers.

We're looking for a Group Copy Supervisor who understands the market access landscape and can bring strong conceptual thinking, strategic storytelling, and creative leadership to our team.

What You'll Do

  • Lead copy development and creative direction across assigned market access brands, ensuring messaging is strategically sound, compelling, and tailored to the intended audience.
  • Develop creative concepts and messaging across a range of payer and market access communications, translating complex clinical, economic, and reimbursement information into clear, engaging content.
  • Partner with Art, Strategy, Account, and other cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated creative solutions.
  • Contribute to brand strategy, bringing fresh ideas and thoughtful solutions to complex market access challenges.
  • Present creative concepts and recommendations to internal teams and clients, confidently communicating the thinking behind the work.
  • Oversee projects from initial concept through final execution, ensuring quality, consistency, and strategic alignment.
  • Review and provide constructive feedback on copy developed by other writers, helping elevate the overall quality of the work.
  • Mentor and develop copy talent, fostering collaboration, creativity, and professional growth.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining high creative standards and meeting deadlines.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous pharmaceutical market access and payer marketing experience is required. Candidates must have hands-on experience developing communications for payer and market access audiences.
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare market access landscape, including payer dynamics, reimbursement, formulary access, and access-related challenges.
  • Experience developing payer-focused materials, such as value propositions, payer presentations, formulary communications, reimbursement resources, or other market access deliverables.
  • Strong conceptual copywriting skills, with the ability to turn complex clinical and economic information into clear, persuasive messaging.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare advertising, pharmaceutical marketing, or market access agency environment.
  • Experience leading creative projects, providing direction to other writers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on in copy development and execution.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, including experience discussing and defending creative work with clients.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
  • A collaborative, proactive approach and a genuine interest in developing others.
  • Why Join OHMA?
  • At OHMA, you'll work alongside experienced market access strategists, creatives, and healthcare communications professionals who understand the challenges of bringing treatments to patients.
  • You'll have the opportunity to shape meaningful work, collaborate across disciplines, contribute to creative strategy, and help develop the next generation of copy talent.
  • We're looking for someone who brings both expertise and curiosity, who enjoys solving complex problems, and who believes great creative work can make a real difference in healthcare access. #LI-LA1
