But here’s what really matters

  • We’re a team that believes great work starts with curious minds, collaborative energy, and people who aren’t afraid to speak up. Our values — Substance, Style, Conviction, and Grace — guide how we show up for our clients and for each other.
  • We move fast. We support each other. We grow talent.
  • We are committed to providing meaningful growth opportunities and early ownership for our team members.

Who You Are

  • As a Senior Planner, Media, you take meaningful ownership of strategy, planning and client partnership while ensuring the details of execution are delivered with excellence.
  • You’re not just helping shape the plan — you’re driving key pieces of it.
  • You’re not just participating in client conversations — you’re confidently leading them.
  • You’re not just identifying opportunities — you’re turning them into actionable recommendations.
  • You’re ready to operate with greater independence, deepen your strategic point of view and help elevate the work and the people around you

What You’ll Own

Strategy & Plan Development

  • You connect audience, business and performance insights to the media strategy.
  • You’ll own significant portions of plan development while partnering with senior leadership on the broader strategic direction.
  • Develop full-funnel, omnichannel media recommendations grounded in brand objectives, audience insights and data
  • Translate strategy into clear tactical plans, channel roles, investment recommendations and partner approaches
  • Analyze competitive activity, research and performance trends to strengthen planning decisions and identify opportunities
  • Partner with Supervisors and senior team members to build integrated, data-informed annual and tactical media plans

Plan Management & Optimization

  • You balance strategic thinking with strong command of the details.
  • Own media flowcharts, budget allocations and planning documentation with accuracy and accountability
  • Monitor performance in partnership with Data & Analytics, Media Tech & Operations and Biddable (Search, Social & Programmatic) teams
  • Turn reporting and performance insights into optimization recommendations and clear next steps
  • Help drive RFP development, partner evaluation, plan execution, financial tracking and launch readiness

Client & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • You are a consistent, confident presence in the client relationship.
  • Lead client meetings, status discussions and presentations for assigned workstreams
  • Present recommendations, plan updates and performance insights with clear rationale and confidence
  • Serve as a key day-to-day liaison across Planning, Project Management, Data & Analytics, Media Tech & Operations and Biddable teams

Strategic Presence & Team Leadership

  • You begin to lead beyond your own deliverables.
  • Anticipate client and business needs, proactively flag risks and bring forward solutions
  • Bring an informed point of view to planning discussions and confidently defend media recommendations
  • Guide and support Planners and junior team members, providing direction, context and constructive feedback
  • Help maintain quality control across deliverables and model accountability, collaboration and follow-through

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree (Advertising/Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred)
  • 3-5 years of media planning experience (Pharma vertical is a plus!)
  • Strong understanding of the media planning process and growing knowledge of the healthcare media ecosystem
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with confidence in client-facing situations
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into clear recommendations and actions
  • Experience managing budgets, flowcharts and multiple workstreams with accuracy
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with media research, planning and reporting tools preferred
  • Ability to prioritize, problem-solve and operate independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Why This Role Is a BIG deal

This is where you

  • Move from contributing to strategy to owning meaningful pieces of it
  • Build confidence as a day-to-day client partner
  • Deepen your omnichannel and healthcare media expertise
  • Begin developing and guiding junior talent
  • Prepare for Supervisor-level strategic leadership
  • This is where your career shifts from individual ownership to emerging leadership.
  • If you’re ready to take greater ownership, strengthen your strategic voice and help elevate the work around you, this is the right next move for you!
