Role Overview
Credera is seeking an AWS Sales & Growth Executive focused on Healthcare & Life Sciences, life sciences companies, healthcare payers, and healthcare providers. The initial emphasis will be on growing our life sciences business, building on Credera’s established client relationships and delivery experience, while selectively developing payer and provider opportunities aligned with our capabilities and AWS priorities.
This role is designed for a highly consultative, industry-oriented individual contributor who combines strong client relationship skills, AWS ecosystem familiarity, transformation mindset, and delivery awareness.
The ideal candidate understands how pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical technology companies are using AI, data, and cloud technology to improve healthcare professional and patient engagement, commercial effectiveness, and business operations. They can connect industry priorities to AWS-enabled solutions across customer data, personalization, analytics, and cloud modernization, with an understanding of privacy, consent, and governance in regulated environments. They can also apply relevant capabilities to payer and provider priorities, including member and patient experience, data integration, and operational efficiency.
This is not a traditional quota-driven sales role. The AWS Sales & Growth Executive will operate as a strategic advisor and growth leader, partnering closely with clients, AWS teams, and Credera delivery leaders to shape and expand enterprise transformation programs.
Location: Must live within commuting distance of an existing Credera office
Travel: Up to 50%, including client meetings, AWS partner meetings, and industry events
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a Healthcare & Life Sciences growth plan, prioritizing life sciences accounts while selectively developing payer and provider opportunities aligned with Credera’s capabilities and AWS priorities
Build and strengthen executive relationships across commercial, marketing, medical affairs, patient services, data, technology, and operations teams, engaging relevant payer and provider stakeholders as opportunities develop
Identify and shape AWS-enabled transformation opportunities across AI, healthcare professional and patient engagement, personalization, data modernization, cloud enablement, and operational efficiency
Collaborate with AWS account teams, industry specialists, and partner leaders on joint account planning and pursuits; coordinate co-sell registration and partner support with the AWS Alliances Lead
Originate and qualify opportunities, define business value, and shape proposals and statements of work with Credera account, solution, and delivery leaders
Facilitate strategic discussions connecting industry priorities to practical transformation programs, accounting for privacy, consent, governance, and regulated operating environments
Partner closely with Credera delivery and solution teams to ensure credible solutions, successful transitions into delivery, and strong client outcomes
Maintain an accurate pipeline, including opportunity stage, value, probability, expected close date, and next steps
Grow new and existing accounts through consultative engagement, long-term relationship development, and expansion of successful programs
Contribute to repeatable Healthcare & Life Sciences offerings, go-to-market strategies, client references, and industry perspectives with relevant Credera and Omnicom teams
