Art Director

Omnicom Productions | Hybrid (3 days/week on-site)

Omnicom Productions is looking for a hands-on, detail-obsessed Art Director to join our close-knit creative team on a major automotive account. Your day-to-day will be all about creating hyper-polished stills, nailing the visual details, and teaming up with our video crew to support campaigns from concept to final cut.

You’ll get full access to our suite of proprietary AI and creative tech tools, and we want someone who looks at these platforms as a true extension of their own design skills. We're looking for a maker who knows how to dial in these tools to generate immaculate visuals, keep quality control tight, and scale out high-volume assets without losing an ounce of visual polish. If you’re a designer who loves pushing the boundaries of what modern tools can do to build slick, standout work, we’d love to see your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • AI-Driven Asset Generation & Scale: Leverage proprietary tools and generative platforms (Runway, Veo, Midjourney, etc.) to rapidly prototype, generate, and refine photorealistic static and motion assets—turning high-volume deliverables into streamlined, smart workflows.
  • Hands-On Video Production: Work with ACDs to help concept, storyboard, and art-direct shoots and post-production edits for video and digital campaigns, keeping narrative punch and visual polish front and center under tight deadlines.
  • Scalable Visual Systems: Implement and help execute modular visual frameworks across social, digital, and traditional channels that translate smoothly across multiple formats.
  • Presentation: Present creative work with clarity and confidence to both internal leadership and external client stakeholders.
  • Experience: 3+ years of art direction experience in an agency or fast-paced production environment (automotive experience is a big plus).
  • Applied AI Toolkit: Demonstrated experience integrating generative image/video platforms into active workflows to solve real speed and scale challenges (experience with proprietary or emerging tools is a plus).
  • Video & Post-Production Depth: Hands-on background in concepting, storyboarding, and guiding edits through final post.
  • Core Suite Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
  • Portfolio: A design-forward portfolio showing clean execution, solid video work, conceptual ideas, and comps.

$90,000 - $100,000
