Job summary
Working within the Engagement Strategy team, the Senior Engagement Strategist is responsible for leading the development of integrated, omnichannel engagement strategies and customer experiences for our clients’ brands.
At its core, the role is about understanding audiences, their behaviours and needs, and the environments in which they engage with healthcare brands. The Senior Engagement Strategist brings together audience insight, customer experience, channel strategy, content, data, technology and measurement to create clear, actionable engagement strategies that deliver against client and brand objectives.
The Senior Engagement Strategist will lead engagement strategy projects and pitches from brief interpretation through to strategic development and client-ready recommendations, working with oversight from senior leadership where appropriate. They will collaborate closely with media, data and analytics, creative, technology and account teams to turn strategic thinking into practical, integrated campaign plans.
About you
You’re a strategic thinker who understands how people engage with healthcare brands and can turn complex information into clear, actionable recommendations. You’re confident working across the full omnichannel ecosystem and understand how audience needs, content, channels, data, technology and measurement connect to create effective customer experiences.
You’re comfortable taking ownership of a project from brief through to recommendation, while bringing the right people together to strengthen the thinking. You can confidently engage clients, lead workshops and present your point of view, and you know how to balance strategic ambition with practical delivery.
You’re curious about people, behaviours, technology and the changing healthcare landscape. You’re collaborative by nature, able to work effectively across disciplines, and are ready to provide guidance and support to more junior members of the team.

Define how engagement should be sequenced and orchestrated across moments, including messages, content needs, behavioural triggers, channel roles and next-best actions.
Develop joined-up omnichannel ecosystems that define how content, channel roles, data flows and technology work together across those moments, including how CRM, tracking, personalisation, behavioural triggers, next-best actions and audience-specific content delivery can tailor engagement across channels.
