Core Responsibilities

• Ideation: understand the brief, pitch well-thought-out ideas, and adapt to feedback with mentorship; stay current on ai tools, gather social insights, and prioritize social-first thinking across all platforms
• Execution/craft/presentation: thorough understanding of programs and techniques needed to build creative work, create decks and present work to creative leads
• Production: demonstrate interest and enthusiasm in learning about the process and contributing input
• Collaboration: able to learn from and work well with other departments, team members, and more senior creatives
• Attitude/effort: positive, collaborative, supportive, bring your best every day and learn to receive feedback effectively
