OneCoach Academy is our education arm, and with the launch of our Reformer Pilates Teacher Training Certification, we're on a mission to build Australia's best practical fitness and wellness education provider. The right Pilates Education Manager will believe in our vision, and have the skills, ambition and energy to bring it to life.

THE ROLE The role of Pilates Education Manager is to lead OneCoach Academy's Reformer Pilates Teacher Training Certification, and raise the standard of every Reformer class taught across One Playground. You'll own the certification from the first session to graduation, guiding new instructors through a 12-week program in some of the best studios in the country, then helping the best of them step straight onto the floor at One Playground.

At the same time, you'll coach and develop our existing Reformer instructors, so every member gets a class worth coming back for. This isn't a role for someone who wants to teach the same class on repeat. It's for an experienced Pilates instructor who has built a loyal following, knows exactly what great teaching looks like, and is ready to pass that on at scale. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Program Delivery & Management Lead at least four 12-week Reformer Pilates certification cohorts a year, and keep everyone running like clockwork. Deliver our established program, bringing in expert contributors and support facilitators where they add the most value. Own the schedules, studios, equipment, resources and admin, so learners can focus on learning. Brief, observe, mentor and develop the facilitators who teach alongside you.

Solve problems fast, from delivery cover to operational hiccups, so the program never misses a beat. Keep delivery standards and records audit-ready, including the evidence behind our AUSactive approval. Student Success & Graduate Readiness Welcome every learner into the program with clear expectations from day one. Track attendance, engagement, assessment progress and readiness to teach across every cohort. Spot learners who are falling behind early, and step in with feedback, mentoring and the right support.

Assess practical teaching and make certification decisions with integrity. Prepare graduates for teaching auditions, and work with our hiring teams to open a pathway into One Playground within three months of graduating. Instructor Development & Teaching Quality Plan and deliver four internal education sessions every quarter for our Reformer instructors. Get into the studio to observe classes and give practical, actionable feedback against our teaching standards.

Coach instructors through individual development plans, and follow up to see the progress land. Lift programming, cueing, technique, adaptations, class management and member engagement across every club. Use member feedback, NPS and class observations to focus development where it matters most. Partner with club and wellness leaders to drive consistency and celebrate great teaching. Brand Presence & Partnerships Be the face of OneCoach Academy Pilates at industry events, workshops and networking opportunities.

Build relationships with Pilates experts, studios and industry organisations, and turn them into partnerships that enrich the Academy. Bring your expertise to the content, presentations and events that showcase the quality of our education. Work with our careers and marketing teams to tell the story of our Pilates programs accurately and compellingly. Make sure every partnership delivers real value for learners, educators and the Academy.

ABOUT YOU To excel in this role: You live and breathe Pilates, and believe great teaching changes how people move and feel. You care about the details and have been described as having high standards. You get a buzz from developing others and watching new instructors find their confidence. You're as comfortable leading a cohort as you are on the Reformer, showing what great looks like. You're organised, can juggle multiple cohorts and priorities, and move with speed.

You're a natural connector who enjoys building relationships across the industry. YOUR EXPERIENCE Not all experience is created equal. But the successful candidate would be an accomplished Mat & Reformer Pilates instructor with a loyal following, a successful class portfolio and a passion for developing other instructors. You may have come from a boutique studio, a teacher training provider or a premium fitness brand, and are ready to take your expertise into education at scale.

Minimum requirements: A relevant Mat & Reformer Pilates qualification. At least five years' experience instructing Mat & Reformer Pilates. A proven track record of building a successful Pilates teaching business or class portfolio, with strong attendance, client retention, positive feedback and sustained commercial performance. Strong practical Mat & Reformer teaching skills and the ability to demonstrate safe, effective instruction.

Availability for scheduled weekend delivery and travel across our clubs. Highly regarded: Teaching or adult education experience, including facilitating learning, giving constructive feedback and developing other instructors. Experience delivering Pilates teacher training and assessing practical teaching competence. TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent). Experience mentoring instructors across multiple locations.

Experience developing education programs and learner resources. Current First Aid and CPR certification and relevant professional registration. WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU: Build Something New.
