Provides deep technical knowledge in an assigned portfolio and advices both sales organization and customers in capabilities and options how to use and integrate Siemens products effectively.

The National Director, Electrophysiology & Structural Heart (EP/SH) provides strategic and commercial leadership for the Siemens Healthineers Procedural Ultrasound portfolio, including intracardiac echocardiography (ICE), ultrasound systems, and related cardiovascular imaging solutions across the United States.

The Director leads four Zone Directors and a team of 4-6 Clinical Applications Specialists and is responsible for translating national strategy into consistent execution across markets. The role works closely with Boston Scientific (BSC), which will primarily lead 4D ICE catheter sales and commercial execution, to align priorities, identify and activate target sites, accelerate adoption, and deliver a coordinated customer experience.

The Director is accountable for building an effective SHS-BSC partnership while ensuring Zone Directors maintain strong KOL, physician, and customer relationships and identify clinical and market opportunities. The long-term objective is to establish 4D ICE as a new standard of care for WATCHMAN left atrial appendage closure (LAAC) and Structural Heart procedures, evolving clinical practice beyond its current reliance on transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) guidance to advance patient care, improve clinical outcomes, enhance procedural efficiency, and deliver greater economic value for healthcare systems.
