In this highly collaborative role, you will partner with leaders, HR teams, Business Resource Groups (BRGs) and the Engagement, Inclusion and Diversity Council to develop innovative programs, events, training and communications that strengthen workplace culture and support business success.
This role is instrumental in driving employee engagement, building strong cross-functional relationships and creating opportunities for employees to connect, grow and thrive.
The ideal candidate is a proactive relationship-builder with strong project and event management skills, exceptional communication abilities and a passion for developing inclusive workplace experiences.
