JOB SUMMARY
ONEOK is seeking a highly motivated Gas Plant Accountant II/III to join our team and support natural gas gathering and processing accounting. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate across teams, improve accounting processes, and contribute during a period of transformation and growth.
What You’ll Do
- -Manage the full lifecycle of natural gas gathering and processing accounting
- -Perform plant settlement analysis and reconcile volumes and values
- -Interpret and analyze contracts
- -Partner with Commercial, Operations, Measurement, and Marketing to ensure accurate allocation of revenues, costs, and products
- -Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- -Support month-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- -Analyze variances and contribute to process improvements and system enhancements
What You Bring
-Preferred: Experience in midstream operational accounting
-Preferred: Familiarity with TIPS and/or Waterfield
Work Details
-Hybrid schedule: In office Monday through Thursday
-Position level and compensation: Commensurate with the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications
