Le(La) lead Approvisionnement et Logistique dirige l'ensemble du chantier SCM (Supply Chain Management) dans le cadre du déploiement Oracle Fusion Cloud. Il(Elle) coordonne les sous-chantiers approvisionnement et rapports SCM, assure la qualité des livrables fonctionnels et représente le chantier auprès de la gouvernance du projet.

Responsabilités

• Diriger l'équipe approvisionnement SCM et logistique dans toutes les phases du déploiement.
• Valider les décisions de design fonctionnel relatives aux processus de la chaîne d'approvisionnement.
• Présenter l'avancement du chantier au comité directeur et à la direction du projet.
• Gérer les risques, enjeux et dépendances propres au chantier SCM.
• Assurer l'alignement des exigences métier avec les modules Oracle Fusion SCM (Procurement, Inventory).
• Coordonner avec le chantier Finance pour les flux P2P et AP.
• Superviser la rédaction des livrables de conception (FDD) et des plans de tests SCM.
• Baccalauréat en gestion des opérations, logistique, administration ou domaine connexe.
• Minimum de 10 ans d'expérience en gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement ou en consultation ERP SCM.
• Minimum de 2 déploiements d’un ERP d’approvisionnement et logistique à titre de lead ou consultant senior.
• Connaissance approfondie des modules Oracle Fusion SCM.
• Expérience en gestion d'équipes multidisciplinaires dans des projets de transformation.
• Profil de compétences
• Leadership et capacité à mobiliser une équipe pluridisciplinaire.
• Excellente maîtrise des processus d'approvisionnement, de gestion des stocks et de logistique.
• Capacité à synthétiser les enjeux opérationnels pour différents auditoires.
• Rigueur, sens des priorités et gestion efficace des délais.
• Forte orientation résultats et sens des responsabilités.
• Seuls les candidats légalement autorisés à travailler pour tout employeur au Canada seront considérés.
