The Role

We're looking for a Project Delivery and Customer Success Manager to lead the delivery of condition monitoring and predictive maintenance projects across India. To begin with, you'll deliver a portfolio of large-scale ecoCMS and ecoPITCH installations. As these projects move into ongoing monitoring services, your role will grow into technical account management, owning the long-term customer relationship, renewals and growth across the installed fleet.

If you enjoy turning contractual commitments into clear delivery plans, working closely with customers and seeing projects through from purchase order to a smoothly running service, we'd love to hear from you.

What you’ll do

  • As Project Delivery and Customer Success Manager, you'll own delivery from purchase order handover through to long-term service, including:
  • Taking ownership of projects after purchase order receipt, ensuring a complete handover from sales.
  • Building and maintaining project schedules, resource plans, budgets, risk registers and action trackers.
  • Coordinating supply chain teams to deliver sensing hardware and equipment to customer sites on schedule.
  • Planning installation and commissioning with engineering and field teams, confirming site readiness and safety requirements before mobilisation.
  • Completing commissioning records, customer training and formal acceptance or handover.
  • Working with analytics and software teams to set up monitoring services, data connectivity and reporting, and ensuring a smooth transition into ongoing service.
  • Acting as the primary customer contact during delivery, leading kick-off meetings, progress reviews and escalations.
  • Tracking contractual milestones, supporting timely invoicing and following up with customers on payment queries.
  • Monitoring project costs and performance, escalating potential overruns, and closing projects with lessons learned captured.
  • Acting as the long-term technical and commercial contact for assigned customers, tracking renewals and service extensions in coordination with sales.
  • Identifying and qualifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, preparing account plans and maintaining records in Salesforce.
  • Capturing customer feedback and market insights to inform product and regional strategy.

What you’ll bring

Required

  • An engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Renewable Energy Engineering or a closely related discipline.
  • 5-8 years of experience in technical project delivery, engineering services, commissioning or customer-facing project management.
  • Experience coordinating hardware supply, site execution and ongoing technical services across multiple teams.
  • A track record of managing customer commitments, schedules, technical issues and commercial milestones.
  • Strong technical understanding and the confidence to engage with engineering, field service and analytics teams.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, with sound judgement in handling customer expectations and escalations.
  • Strong planning and follow-through across several concurrent projects.
  • Experience working with overseas offices and teams across different time zones.
  • Commercial awareness, including contractual scope, invoicing milestones and payment dependencies.
  • Willingness to travel to customer offices and wind farm sites across India.

Preferred

  • Experience in the wind energy industry, particularly turbine systems, operations and maintenance, or condition monitoring.
  • A recognised project management qualification.
  • CRM experience, and exposure to pre-sales, proposals or key account support.
  • The ability to build trust with senior customer stakeholders and spot opportunities beyond the current scope

How we'll measure success

  • Projects delivered safely, on schedule and within agreed scope and budget.
  • Timely installation, commissioning and customer acceptance, with monitoring services running smoothly.
  • Prompt invoicing and collection against payment milestones.
  • Customer satisfaction, renewals and a qualified pipeline of upsell and fleet extension opportunities.
