## About OOOVATION
OOOVATION designs and crafts custom medals and trophies for sports events, companies, and major organizations. Based in France with a team of 11 to 50 people, the company is expanding across Europe with the goal of becoming the European leader in custom awards by 2030.
## What you will do
You will drive the expansion of OOOVATION across the Swedish market, building relationships with event organizers and organizations to establish the brand in the region.
## What the role requires
This permanent position is based in Yssingeaux, France, operating on a hybrid work model with 35 hours per week. Someone who matches most of the requirements should apply.
## Your first months at OOOVATION
You will take on responsibility for market development in Sweden, initiating contact with potential clients and positioning the company's custom awards for upcoming events.
**Språkkunskaper**
- **Svenska:** Flytande kunskaper krävs.
- **Engelska:** Goda kunskaper i tal och skrift krävs.
- **Franska:** Grundläggande kunskaper krävs för att underlätta kommunikationen under den inledande utbildningen på vårt huvudkontor i Frankrike.
Du behöver inte tala perfekt franska, men vi söker någon som kan förstå och delta i enklare samtal med vårt team under den första utbildningsmånaden.

## Compensation
- The salary for this role is EUR 35,000–65,000 per year.
