Your Impact
As a Senior QA Developer, you will join a cross-functional team building a next-generation Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) platform. You will validate enterprise software built with C# and .NET, including large-scale applications and data-processing workflows that ingest, understand, extract, validate, and integrate information from documents. You will bring strong quality-engineering and test-automation experience, using C# to build maintainable automated tests and test utilities. This role requires hands-on experience with manual/automated testing.
What the role offers
- Define and implement test strategies, plans, scenarios, and quality criteria for enterprise software and IDP capabilities.
- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks, test cases, and utilities for C# Applications and the .NET ecosystem.
- Test changes across large, mature codebases, considering architectural dependencies, regression risks, maintainability, and long-term sustainability.
- Validate data-processing and digitalization workflows, including relational database operations, data transformation, integrations, document capture, and data quality.
- Build and execute automated API, integration, system, regression, performance, and reliability tests.
- Validate document-processing capabilities like image preprocessing, layout analysis, key-value and table extraction, confidence scoring, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Test services and workflows in Linux and containerized environments and integrate automated checks into CI/CD pipelines.
- Analyze failures, isolate root causes, report actionable defects, and partner with developers to verify fixes.
- Review requirements and designs early to identify testability gaps, architectural risks, and opportunities to prevent defects.
- Communicate test progress, quality risks, and release readiness clearly; document test coverage and results for stakeholders.
- Support troubleshooting, performance optimization, production issue investigation, and continuous improvement of quality practices.
What you need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in software quality engineering, test automation, or validation of enterprise products.
- Strong proficiency in windows and Linux ecosystem, including experience writing and maintaining automated tests or test utilities.
- Experience designing automated test coverage for APIs, integrations, and end-to-end workflows; ability to select appropriate test levels and approaches.
- Proven ability to test large-scale, mature applications, understand architectural dependencies, and assess regression and data-integrity risks.
- Experience validating data-processing or digitalization solutions, including relational databases, data transformation and integration, document or data capture, and data quality.
- Working knowledge of Linux environments and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with source control, CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, defect tracking, and software engineering best practices.
- Ability to analyze failures, investigate root causes, and communicate findings, risks, and quality status clearly across teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to collaborate with distributed teams.
