Principal Portfolio & Offer Manager, Professional Services

YOUR IMPACT

You will turn proven consulting expertise and successful customer engagements into repeatable, scalable service offerings. Working across Sales, Presales, Delivery, Product Management, and GTM, you will own offerings from initial concept through commercialization, global adoption, and continuous improvement. You will define how complex enterprise software engagements can be positioned, scoped, sold, and delivered consistently at scale.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

• Turn proven consulting approaches into standardized Professional Services offerings.
• Define outcomes, scope, delivery models, effort, resources, and qualification criteria.
• Enable Sales and Presales to position, scope, estimate, and sell offerings.
• Build repeatable delivery methodologies, templates, WBS structures, and accelerators.
• Develop commercial models balancing customer value, delivery risk, and margin.
• Manage portfolio investments, evolution, consolidation, and retirement decisions.
• Measure adoption, revenue, customer outcomes, delivery performance, and profitability.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software Professional Services or technology consulting.
• Proven experience across discovery, solutioning, scoping, estimation, SOWs, and delivery.
• Track record of turning consulting engagements into standardized, repeatable service offerings.
• Strong understanding of Professional Services economics, pricing, delivery risk, and margin.
• Experience delivering implementations, modernization, upgrades, migrations, or cloud transformations.
• Proven ability to influence global Sales, Presales, Delivery, Product, and GTM stakeholders.
• Strong executive communication and commercial skills with fluent English; additional languages are advantageous.
