About the Role
As an Operations Manager, you'll own the success of an assigned territory by ensuring exceptional service delivery, strong provider performance, and long-term customer satisfaction. You'll build relationships, solve problems, and drive operational excellence that helps retain customers and grow the business. What You'll Do
- Own the operational performance of your assigned territory
- Build strong relationships with customers and service providers to ensure exceptional service
- Drive customer retention and identify opportunities for territory growth
- Support provider performance, accountability, and territory coverage
- Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions
- Analyze performance metrics and use data to improve results
- Partner cross-functionally to resolve issues and continuously improve operations
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–7 years of experience in operations, business operations, account management, or a similar role
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to analyze data and turn insights into action
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- High level of ownership, accountability, and organization
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business systems such as CRM, ERP, or project management software
