We're looking for a Product Strategy & Innovation Specialist to identify market opportunities, create new product and service ideas from scratch, turn existing services into scalable offers, and drive projects from concept to launch.
You'll own the process of turning market needs into products and services that generate leads, revenue, and business growth.

What You'll Do

Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs, with a focus on AI, to identify new opportunities.
Create new product and service ideas from scratch and turn them into viable business opportunities.
Turn existing services into scalable, repeatable offers.
Own product initiatives from concept to launch, managing execution with Sales, Marketing, PR, and Development.
Define product positioning, pricing, target markets, and go-to-market strategies.
Validate demand and commercial potential before investing in new initiatives.
Track product performance and drive improvements based on results.

What You Bring

2–4 years of experience in product strategy, business development, growth, or a similar role.
Strong market research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
A commercial mindset with an understanding of B2B sales and marketing.
Ability to turn ideas into actionable projects and own execution through completion.
Strong communication, project management, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive progress across teams.

Experience in B2B, SaaS, software development, or digital agencies.
Experience launching products, developing services, or creating new revenue streams.
Familiarity with AI tools, emerging technologies, and project management platforms.
