Senior Principal Consultant - Oracle SCM/Finance

As an Oracle ERP (SCM/Finance) Senior Principal Consultant, you will work directly with customers to understand complex business needs, design practical solutions, and deliver successful Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations. You will operate independently on key workstreams while collaborating with project leaders, technical specialists, and customer stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

• Lead discovery workshops and translate business requirements into scalable Oracle ERP (SCM/Finance) solutions.
• Design and configure Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials/Supply Chain using Oracle methodology and leading practices.
• Advise customers on process improvement, solution options, risks, and implementation decisions.
• Own functional deliverables across design, configuration, testing, deployment, and adoption.
• Resolve complex functional issues and support integrated solutions across ERP modules.
• Present recommendations clearly to business leaders and senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to estimates, solution reviews, proposals, and knowledge transfer to delivery teams.
• Support team capability through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and continuous learning.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong consulting and implementation experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Management and/or Financials.
• Deep knowledge of Finance processes and accounting fundamentals.
• Experience delivering one or more end-to-end ERP/SCM implementations.
• Strong workshop facilitation, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and influence customer decisions.
• Experience with enterprise customers and cross-functional project teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Flexibility to travel when required.

8-10 years of experience relevant to this position including 4 years of consulting experience. Prior team leadership or management experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Strong influencing and negotiation skills. Ability to travel as needed.
