Program Analyst

Job Description: Provide support to NAVSEA Team Submarine (TEAM SUB) Submarine PEO UWS (SWFTS) Program Offices and supporting organizations: PMS 401 – Submarine Acoustic Systems, PMS 425 - Combat and Weapons Control, PMS 435 – Submarine Electromagnetic Systems, SUB-S, 07TR – Submarine Trainer Readiness, and Cybersecurity. TEAM SUB is a combination of Program Executive Office (PEO) Strategic Submarine (PEO SSBN), PEO Attack Submarines (PEO SSN), and PEO Undersea Warfare Systems (PEO UWS) and the Direct Reporting Program Office, AUKUS Integration & Acquisition Office (AUKUS).

The TEAM SUB concept divides the single submarine-centric organization into specific PEOs with the goal of enhancing the structures and processes in the submarine research, development, acquisition, and maintenance communities. This position is in the PEO SUB-S Program Office. Required Experience and Skills: 10 or more years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, financial/cost analysis, or a relevant field. 10 or more years of experience with Navy acquisition and/or In-Service Programs.

Experience leading a project and interfacing with an end item customer. 5 or more years of experience working with submarine/combat systems. Degree Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a business or technical field. Must be a U.S. citizen A secret security clearance
